Cebu Pacific (CEB) has taken delivery of A320 RP-C4262 (5515) on lease from AerCap, ex-Alaska Airlines (ASA) N361VA and ferried from storage at Lake City (LCQ) to Anchorage (ANC) prior to entering service.
